On the day of my event, how many Stunning Soirees team members will be in attendance.
The number of team members in attendance will be determined by your planner. We will consider many factors such as location (ceremony & reception), the size of your guest count, how much set up is involved, etc. These are logistics we will review as your event nears.
I reviewed your packages, but I do not see one that best fits my needs. Can youdesign a package specifically for me?
Yes, we can create a custom package that will suit your needs. We can cover this during our initial consultation.
My venue has an onsite wedding coordinator; do I still need a wedding planner?
Yes. A venue coordinator is looking out for the best interest of the venue. A wedding coordinator looks out for the best interest of YOU, the bride and groom. The venue coordinator deals with everything having to do with the venue -food, setup, etc. A wedding coordinator will deal with aspects of the venue, such as setup, and will make sure everything is to your specifications.
Do you only plan events in the Washington, DC area?
We are based in the DC, MD, and VA area but we are available to plan events in other cities; as well as abroad. We love to travel!

What is the process for becoming a client?
After your initial inquiry, you will receive a questionnaire to complete so that we can gather more details about your event. Once you have provided your responses, we will send you a list of packages to review. Once a package is selected, we will schedulea consultation over the phone.
During our phone consultation, we will provide more information about our packages and ask additional questions regarding your questionnaire. When you are ready to move forward with our services, we will schedule a Physical/Virtual Consultation.
During our Physical/Virtual Consultation, you will have an opportunity to get to know us as your planners. This will give you the opportunity to share your ideas and thoughts about your event and share your expectations of us as your planners.
After the consultation, you will receive a proposal via HoneyBook based on your planning needs. Once the proposal is received, you will be able to sign your contract and complete your deposit payment
